French Playshops in Primary Schools
As we all know, events that are unusual and out of the ordinary have the biggest impact on children during their school lives. Nowhere is this more so than in the field of modern languages.
Having a full day event in the school in which a large number of pupils experience and learn French sends a message to everyone that modern languages are important, that they are becoming part of the life and work of the school, and that the school certainly believes that every pupil can make a positive start in the learning of another language.

Our French Playshops
A Eurospeak French playshop is a thoroughly engaging and a positive experience for your pupils – and this is achieved through placing an emphasis on having regularly changing activities which focus on speaking and listening. All the activities are inclusive and involve all the children interactively, with no chance of a pupil opting out; in fact they won’t want to.
The Eurospeak one day playshops are suitable for children aged between 5 and 11, and can involve mixed aged groups. They are run by French native speakers, and Eurospeak provide all the materials and resources that are required throughout the day.
The cost of a one day playshop including two hours of teacher training after school is £395 plus VAT.

Our Teacher Training
A lot of teachers have told us that specialist support would be very valuable to them and would help them increase their competence and confidence in teaching French. This workshop will do just that! In this course, you will;
- Discover the method behind our games by practicing them.
- Learn some basic / key short phrases in French.
- Be given an opportunity to lead an activity yourself
- Be given an opportunity to create your own activity and share it.
